Bret & Frisk: Celebrating 34 years

It's time to get busy singing! Bring on summer 2026! It's time to make yet another road trip to southern Chicagoland, to Coal City, to have an afternoon of fun at Babe's Tap & Grill. It's always a great time at Babe's! The food is excellent (Bret is partial to the pork tenderloin sandwich) and the beverages will keep your thirst away. We play out on the patio/beer garden. You are likely to hear some songs from our repertoire that you seldom hear us play...this town brings out something special in us!

Come on out, bring a friend or two, and hang out with some of our favorite people. You are likely to meet some new friends during your afternoon of music! LET'S GO!!!!!

We are super excited to play at this fabulous venue in the heart of St Germain! Red Canoe Coffee has been serving up the finest coffee in the Northwoods to locals and visitors alike since 2009. Along with fine cocktails, mocktails, small plates & desserts, they have added live music to their offerings and lucky us, we get to partake! Come on out with your family and friends to enjoy relaxing on their grass patio, sampling their cocktails, nibbling on some bakery items or small plates of yumminess, all while enjoying our tunes! Looking forward to seeing many of you there!

Yep. We are back this summer! Erv and Margie are continuing their tradition of excellent food, thirst-quenching beverages, and live music in their beer garden 5 nights a week. We are lucky to be able to perform here on alternating Sunday evenings, beginning this Memorial Day Weekend.
