Warm up with some indoor fun at the Phelps School Winter Carnival. The event runs from 4pm - 7pm. Enjoy indoor games, inflatables, free dinner and more. Enter your famous dish in one of the cook offs – soup, chili, or desserts. We will be singing during dinner. This is a free family event.
