On Sunday morning, the crowd-favorite bubble mobile will start the parade at 11am! In addition- the fair will kick off with an arts market hosted by Dane Arts Buy Local, with over 35+ visual artists participating at 200 S. Brearly. For more than 44 years it has benefited the Wil-Mar Neighborhood Center and Commonwealth Development. Support your community while building your community—there’s nothing more fun and fantastical than the Fair! Sept 17th: 2 pm – 10 pm Sept. 18th: 11 am – 7 pm
